Mobile Sauna Rental

Is there a minimum rental time?

  • 1 night minimum for rentals within 30 miles of one of our locations.

  • 2+ night minimum for rentals that are more than 30 miles. Further locations may require a 3 night minimum, subject to Stonegrove Sauna’s discretion. 

  • 3+ overnight rental required over Holidays (Thurs-Sun or Fri-Mon) including New Years Eve/Day, MLK Jr. Day, Valentine’s Day, Presidents’ Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Mother’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Longer reservations are prioritized.

  • Drop-off and pick-up are in a 12pm-3pm window, with more exact ETA given the day-of.

  • Longer reservation requests are ALWAYS prioritized.

Is there a delivery fee?

  • Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of our locations. After 10 miles, we charge by the mile. Refer to our rental policy for up to date mileage rates. 

How many people fit in the sauna?

  • We have saunas with 4 and 6 seats. If you have more people in your group and will be taking turns, plan on each sauna session taking between 30 minutes and an hour (with cold breaks).

Do you provide a tutorial?

  • Yes, we give you all the info you need to start and stoke the sauna, get the most out of your experience, and shut it down after use.

What is included with my rental?

  • In addition to the sauna, each rental includes 2 bundles of firewood (enough for 2 sessions), water and a bucket for steaming it up inside, and a 75 gallon dunk tank. 

What do I need to supply?

  • You and your guests will want to have towels, bathing suits, and sandals in colder months.

Do I need electricity hookup?

  • You do not need electricity. The sauna is wood-fired and all lighting is battery-powered LED.

  • A community sauna is a space to enjoy the benefits of sauna while connecting and socializing with others in a healthy and serene environment. Whether you're a seasoned sauna enthusiast or a first-timer, we offer a space for you to relax, recharge, and connect with others surrounded by nature.

  • Our sauna is open to all! Join us for special events and guided sauna sessions designed to foster connection and promote well-being. Embrace the spirit of community and nature in a truly revitalizing experience

  • If you want to fully immerse yourself in the community or want to sauna more regularly, we offer discounted packages of sauna sessions for purchase on the Community Sauna page.

What can I expect when I come for a community sauna session?

  • Booking: Sessions should be booked in advance. Upon booking, we will ask you to review and agree to our waiver.

  • Duration and Amenities: Each session lasts 60 minutes. You’ll have access to the bathroom facilities at Staring Lake Park in Eden Prairie to get ready in, cubbies for personal belongings, and an outdoor fire pit.

  • Community Interaction: When you book, you're reserving an unassigned seat, meaning you'll share the sauna with others. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with fellow sauna-goers in a friendly, outdoor environment. All attendees must follow our posted sauna rules.

  • Sauna Guidelines: Our staff will offer a brief overview of how to get the most out of your session, including recommended sauna practices and safety tips.

What should I bring to my sauna session?

  • Please bring a swimsuit, 2 towels, sandals, and a water bottle.
