Registration & Session Details
Community sauna sessions are 1 hour long and limited to 8 guests per session to keep the experience comfortable and spacious.
Sessions are $30 per person and open to guests 18 years and older, unless otherwise stated.
Advance registration is required, as sessions often fill quickly.
The weekly sauna schedule will be released at least one week in advance, so check back often or sign up early to reserve your spot.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your session to receive a full refund.
Please park in the Staring Lake Building Parking Lot.
Plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before your session begins. This allows time to check in and change if needed.
Limited indoor changing rooms are available, so arriving ready to sauna, already wearing your swimsuit or athletic attire, is encouraged.
Once you arrive, please check in with the sauna host, who will help get you settled.

What to expect
Each session is hosted by a trained sauna attendant who tends the wood-fired stove and helps guide the flow of the experience. We ask all guests to be mindful of one another and to follow posted sauna guidelines so the space remains peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable for everyone.
Indoor, heated restroom facilities are available for changing, though showers are not available.
The sauna is kept between 170-190°F, a traditional temperature range that supports relaxation, circulation, and overall well-being. A typical session includes 3-4 rounds of alternating heat and cool-down periods.
A single round usually looks like:
10-20 minutes in the sauna
Followed by time outside to cool down and rest
Allowing your body to cool between rounds is an essential part of the sauna experience and helps you feel more relaxed and refreshed afterward.
Please arrive well hydrated, listen to your body, and move at your own pace.
